How It Works
Reach Out To Us
Firstly, we hope you will contact us about your web video production project.
First Talks and Brief
If you are happy and satisfied with our initial offerings, we will then arrange a meeting in our London office or over the internet. Normally, the meeting is between the client and the director but for bigger projects, we will arrange a meeting with the director, editor and scriptwriter. This is the time when we will ask many questions to you, so that we get enough information for the brief.
Draft Work Order
After conducting an in-depth discussion and ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the brief and the terms, you will receive a work order draft which contains basic description and the plan to be followed in producing your work. Additionally, you can also come up with your own draft and send it to us so that we can review and familiarise ourselves with it.
Final Documents
Once you are satisfied with the final work order, we will complete all necessary formalities which includes signing agreement and invoice.
Permission to Start and Deposit Payment
When all necessary formalities are complete, you will be required to pay a deposit before we embark on the pre-production process.
Preparation (Pre-Production)
After the deposit has been received, planning and scripting will be finalised and then we will start working on the project as per the specifications. All the locations will be arranged and also, we will organise auditions for the cast.
Filming (Production)
After everything has been arranged in the preparation stage, we will shoot the web video.
Post-Production Processes (Editing, Colour, Sound, VFX etc)
Next we will conduct all post-production procedures which include: editing, colour grading, creating and inserting motion graphics and other animation if necessary, as well as creating and editing music and sound effects.
Handing Over of the Master Video
After we have completed working on the web video, you will receive a demo copy of the master video for you to review. In case you would like changes to be made on the video, you can request for the changes to be made at this stage at no extra costs.
After completing the master copy including the changes you have requested for, you can complete the final balance payment for the video and collect it from our London offices or request for it to be sent by post. The file can also be sent via internet platforms that support file sharing.
