HOW IT WORKS?
Get in Touch
First and foremost – don’t hesitate to get in touch and tell us about your video production project.
Initial Meetings and Creating the Brief
After this we will soon arrange a meeting with you regarding the details of the project. We can meet in our London (Aldgate East) studio or discuss everything via the internet. Your meeting will generally be held with the director of the video production project in question. Sometimes when more complex videos are discussed you will be meeting with our director, editor, an other staff involved.
During this meeting we will ask you some questions about your company, focus of the video, competition, target audience etc in order to create the brief properly.
Work Order Draft
After the project has been discussed in detail and all the parties are happy and satisfied with the concept, we will be sending you a draft work order consisting of work description. You can also choose to make your own draft work order.
Final Paperwork
After you accept our work order draft or send us yours, we will then finalise the paperwork – work order, agreement and invoice.
Permission to Go Ahead and Deposit
Subsequent to completion of all the formalities as well as getting the permission to go ahead, we will kindly ask to pay the deposit payment (part of the total sum) in order to get your video production process started.
Pre-Production
For the next step, we will begin the process of pre-production.
This includes all or some such aspects as : planning, scripting, story boarding, location scouting, casting, equipment hire etc.
Production
This is the time when the actual video shooting or animation creation will be undertaken.
Post Production
At this stage editing, colour grading, motion graphic design, music editing and other post production processes are carried out.
Delivery
When your video editing process is finished we will send you a demo copy of the master video. If at this point you think that some changes are still needed, you can ask for these tweaks. We can also work together on the final video in our editing panel (recommended). Your video with the required changes will be then finalised according to your requests and will be handed over to you after you have made your full payment. We will then deliver the video via any file sharing platform. We can also send it to you via post or you can collect the video from our central London (Aldgate East) studio.
